Ant psychology

Seasons are very important part of life on planet earth. In India we have three seasons’ summer, winter and monsoon. But in the west they have only two seasons summer and winter, with winter being very harsh. The changing season is analogues to our lives to. The summer stands for life ,abundance and happiness.Winter represents scarcity, hardship and death. But the good part about life is winter is always followed by summer. Night is always followed by day.Life is similar to a sine wave.It has its crests(highs) and troughs (lows) but in the end the mean is zero. But if we shift the sine curve above X axis then the mean is positive ie nothing but positive thinking. If we think negative then the curve is below the positive X axis and outcome from life is negative.Ant is a fascinating insect it helps us to understand how we have to prepare for different seasons. We all should have ant psychology in life. I will explain what is ant psychology and why it is important in life.

Never give up: Every one among us must have noted an ant in action. If we try to block the way of an ant then it never gets discouraged. It will always move around or climb over the hurdle which comes in its way. Only way of stopping an ant is to kill it. It has a never never never give up attitude.

Think winter all summer: If you note an ant it is always very busy and in a hurry. In the summer it always thinks that winter is nearby and keeps on collecting food needed for winter. In our lives also we need to work harder and prepare more when things are going in our favour. Summer is always followed by winter. If we don’t plan for winter then we are bound to perish when the winter is harsh.

Think summer all winter: When the winter sets in ant always thinks summer is around the corner. To survive harsh winter we need to think that winter is always followed by summer. The good memories of past summer help us to be motivated and survive winter. In short ant psychology is nothing but being a fighter, planner, survivor and a winner.
